Therapies We Offer
child / adolescent therapy
We support children and teens in developing healthy coping skills for many of life’s stressors which range from difficulties adjusting to divorce, adoption or foster care, behavioral problems, making friends, anxiety, and depression. Treatment is designed to capitalize on their strengths. We help them develop a safe reflective space to support their mental health needs. Treatment may include play, talk, art, and/or music.
Group services are also offered to further support well-being.
individual / adult therapy
Individual psychotherapy can provide you the space to reflect on difficult emotions and develop key coping skills to keep you at your best. Our team is focused on helping individuals grow, thrive, and be their best selves. Offering flexible schedules and the option to meet in person or at one of our Bay Area locations, in the community, or through video sessions, we are here to support you.
co-parenting / parenting support
In the United States, nearly 50 percent of marriages end in divorce or separation. The impact of divorce on a child's mental health is significant and impacts child functioning in many ways. Children whose parents engage in co-parenting support or family therapy have improved the emotional health outcomes of their children. If you are in need of co-parenting support or family therapy, let us support you.
